Fasting BG was back above 100, barely, but above is above.
I don't know what else to try, but I am going to keep eating a spoonful of peanut butter late in the evening until something with more hope comes along.
All in all I don't think I should complain much. I mean, it was my poor eating habits that got me here. Well, that and genetics, considering I am fourth generation.
But, for the most part I have a pretty good handle on the meals and working withing my ranges for lunch & supper. Breakfast would be easier to manage if it weren't for that fasting BG being up. And, even though my BG may be slightly above my target of 150 at the 1.5 hour mark, I don't (and shouldn't) despair too much since I know the breakfasts are not high carb, they just have the privilege of following a high fasting number.
