Day 91

5:30 p.m.
Good day on the fasting number - 98. But a bowl of oatmeal shot that right out of the water - took it to 169! Seems odd that the more healthy foods make the BG so high. 

Had roast, half a potato with some gravy, carrots and green beans for lunch and my BG was only 103. Maybe I need to eat roast & potatoes for breakfast from now on.
